A Roll of Honour and Remembrance: Funeral of Sharpeville Deputy Chairperson, Mr Sefatsa, 26 September 2013

Deputy Chairperson of Khulumani Sharpeville, Mr Sefatsa, a survivor of the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre, passed away this past week.

Mr Sefatsa has been a key supporter and driver of Khulumani's continued work in Sharpeville.

Sadly he is another survivor who has not lived to see the post-apartheid government honour its promises to prove adequate, effective and inclusive reparations to survivors of one of the greatest human rights struggles in history - the struggle against apartheid.

Mr Sefatsa was buried on Thursday, September 26, 2013.
