Khulumani members acquitted of illegal gathering charge

The 21 Khulumani members, represented by Charles Abraham's brother, Marius Abrahams, were acquitted on charges of illegal gathering on the opening of parliament - 8 Feb 2008. The demands contained in the memorandum were: "Stay out of the lawsuit", "Minister Mabandla withdraw the affidavit from US Court" and "Speed up community reparations", "consult Khulumani"
