Khulumani Support Group seeks to appoint a Programme Support Officer for our national office in Johannesburg.
Khulumani Support Group is a Community-Based Membership Organisation with branches in all provinces.

Responsibilities
- Support organisational development capacity-building objectives
- Provide support to local groups for project planning and implementation
- Facilitate participatory monitoring and evaluation, reflection & feedback on projects
- Contribute to ongoing resource mobilisation efforts
- Represent Khulumani in network meetings as required
- Support organisational advocacy objectives
- Contribute to effective running of the National Contact Centre
Requirements:
- Qualification in Development and/or Social Science
- A passion for community-driven development
- Some experience of project management
- Background / interest in transitional justice and in trauma recovery / mental health
- An interest in paralegal issues and access to justice
- Other skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent human relationship skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and at least one other South African language
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
